Winback & Reactivation
When a subscription is cancelled, Gro generates a reactivation link that you can include in post-cancel emails. This gives you a frictionless way to bring customers back.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”Magic Reactivation Links
Section titled “Magic Reactivation Links”When a subscription is cancelled, Gro generates a 60-day reactivation link that’s included in the subscription:cancelled event. You can use this link in:
- Gro Flows — automated email sequences triggered by cancellation
- Klaviyo — via the subscription cancelled event data
When a customer clicks the link, they land on a dedicated reactivation page in the portal showing:
- A winback offer (if configured) — typically a discount on their next order
- The soonest available delivery date (if delivery scheduling is enabled)
- A “Reactivate Subscription” button
Portal Reactivation
Section titled “Portal Reactivation”Authenticated customers can also reactivate cancelled subscriptions directly from the portal:
- Subscription list — cancelled subscriptions show a “Reactivate” link
- Subscription detail — a “Reactivate Subscription” button appears on cancelled subscriptions
