SMS Campaigns

SMS campaigns deliver text messages directly to your customers’ phones, driving immediate engagement and conversions.

  1. Navigate to Campaigns > Create Campaign > SMS
  2. Enter a campaign name for internal reference
  3. Select your target audience segment (only SMS-subscribed contacts)
  4. Compose your message
  5. Add any links or images (MMS)
  6. Schedule or send immediately

Keep your SMS messages concise and actionable:

  • Character limit — Standard SMS messages are 160 characters. Longer messages are sent as multi-part SMS
  • MMS support — Attach images to create richer messages
  • Link shortening — URLs are automatically shortened and tracked
  • Personalization — Use merge tags just like in email campaigns
