Analytics

Gro provides comprehensive analytics to help you measure the impact of your email and SMS marketing. Track performance at every level — from individual campaigns to your entire marketing program.

The analytics dashboard gives you a high-level view of your marketing performance:

  • Revenue attributed — Total revenue driven by your campaigns and automations
  • Messages sent — Total emails and SMS sent in the period
  • Engagement rate — Overall open and click rates
  • List growth — Net subscriber growth over time
  • Conversion rate — Percentage of recipients who made a purchase

For each campaign, track:

  • Delivery — Sent, delivered, bounced, spam complaints
  • Engagement — Opens, unique opens, clicks, unique clicks
  • Conversions — Orders placed, revenue generated, conversion rate
  • Unsubscribes — Contacts who opted out from this campaign

For each automation flow:

  • Active contacts — How many contacts are currently in the flow
  • Completed — How many have completed the entire flow
  • Step performance — Engagement metrics for each step
  • Revenue — Total revenue attributed to the automation

Gro uses a configurable attribution window to credit revenue to your marketing:

  • Default window — 5 days for email, 1 day for SMS
  • Click-through — Revenue from customers who clicked a link in your message
  • View-through — Revenue from customers who opened but didn’t click

Monitor your sending reputation and deliverability health:

  • Bounce rate — Hard and soft bounces
  • Spam complaint rate — Recipients marking your messages as spam
  • Unsubscribe rate — Contacts opting out per campaign
  • Domain reputation — Overall sending domain health score
