Meet Playbooks, a simple way to build the flows that keep your customers subscribed.
This first release is all about retention. When a customer heads to cancel, Gro can step in and offer them a reason to stay, tailored to why they’re leaving.
What you can do
- Smarter cancel flows. Match each cancellation reason to its own playbook, so a “too much product” customer is offered a skip while a price sensitive one sees a discount.
- Churn prevention that escalates. Chain offers together (a helpful tip, a skip, a frequency change, a discount) and Gro works through them until the customer stays or the chain runs out.
- Save the moments that matter. Pause and skip get their own flows too, catching customers before a one off frustration turns into a lost subscription.
