Find subscriptions by what customers picked

AI Gro can now answer questions about what is actually inside your subscribers’ boxes. Just ask in plain language and it works out which products you mean, then hands back the matching subscriptions with customer emails, ready to act on.

Ways to use it

• Only one product? “Show me subscriptions that contain fish only” finds every active box made up entirely of that product.
• A minimum share? “Which boxes are at least 40% fish?” finds subscribers whose box is 40% or more of that product, measured by how many of each item they picked.
• Not sure of the exact product? If more than one product could match what you asked for, AI Gro shows you product cards so you can tap the right one before it runs the query.

How it works

Ask AI Gro about any product in your catalogue. It looks up the product, confirms it with you if the name is ambiguous, then checks each subscriber’s current selection and returns the ones that fit. The share is based on the quantity of each item in the box, so a box with four fish out of ten items counts as 40% fish.

It stays read only: AI Gro shows you who matches so you can decide what to do next, and never changes a subscription for you.
