Full flexibility on portal design

We have revamped the experience of customising your portal. Portal settings, colours, widgets and layout used to live in different corners of the dashboard, and your brand kit was doing double duty for emails and the portal. Now it’s all connected in one place, Storefront, with a live preview that shows your real products as you edit.

Your customer portal is where subscribers come back every week to skip, swap and manage their box. Now it can look and work exactly like your brand, not like a plugin.

Make it look like your store

  • Colours for everything. Brand colour, page background, cards, borders, headings, body text, links, success messages and focus rings.
  • Buttons your way. Primary and secondary button colours and corner radius, from square to fully rounded.
  • Tabs that match. Rounded pill tabs by default, with your own colours, corner radius and text size.
  • Cards and borders. Card colour, border colour and width, and how rounded the corners are.
  • Your font, your sizes. Pick from popular fonts or match your store theme, then set the size of titles, body text, small print and buttons, and how bold titles are.
  • Special moments. Give the add extras card, your loyalty reward badges and the offer shown to cancelled customers their own colours.

Your portal now has its own theme, separate from your email brand kit, so changing an email button never changes your portal by accident.

Put every card exactly where you want it

  • Your tabs, your names. Rename tabs (“My box”, “Billing”, “Refer & earn”), reorder them, add new ones or delete the ones you don’t need.
  • Drag and drop cards. Next delivery, products, loyalty rewards, add extras, orders, payment history, delivery address and more. Move them between the main column and the sidebar, or onto any tab.
  • Take things off the page. Don’t use referrals or don’t want order history front and centre? Remove those cards in a click and add them back any time.
  • Your widgets fit right in. Custom widgets are now cards like any other. Put them on any tab, or give them a tab of their own.
  • Banners and carousels. Promote a sale, a new product or a free gift with your own image banners. Each one gets its own desktop and mobile image and an optional link, and the Banners block turns into a carousel when you have more than one.

Safe by design

  • Customers can always fix a card and cancel. Payment method and Manage subscription always stay on the page, wherever you put them.
  • Important messages stay on top. Paused, payment failed and cancelled messages always show first. Order on its way is a card you can place anywhere.
  • No empty tabs. A tab only appears when it has something for that customer, so a widget tab for puppy subscriptions never shows on a cat box.
  • Links keep working. Links in your emails, like “update your payment details”, open the right tab even after you move things around.

See it before your customers do

  • Live preview with your real products. Every change shows instantly, using your own product photos.
  • Desktop and mobile. Switch views to check it looks great on a phone.
  • Preview every moment. See the portal as customers do when an order is on its way, a payment fails, they pause, or they cancel and get your winback offer.
  • Click around. Click a tab in the preview to jump straight to it in the editor.
  • Nothing goes live until you save. Change your mind with Discard, or start fresh with Reset to defaults.

The build a box wizard gets its own design settings too, so your box builder can match your store as well.
